What We Do

Coast Gas Utility Partners, Incorporated, is a leading energy infrastructure compliance firm dedicated to excellence in both regulated and unregulated sectors of propane and natural gas. Specializing in the delivery of essential administrative and maintenance support services, we assist propane companies in compliance with regulations such as CFR 49, part 191 and 192, NFPA 58, 59, and 59a, as well as oversight from PHMSA, state public utilities commissions, and other regulatory authorities. Regulated Propane & Natural Gas Maintenance Operations

Our comprehensive service package for jurisdictional propane systems is designed to ensure full compliance and optimal performance. We offer Pressure Regulator Station Inspections annually, and provide tailored Operations & Maintenance Manuals and LP-Gas Operator Qualification Manuals to meet your system’s specific needs. Our services also include the development of a Damage Prevention Plan and an Integrity Management Plan to safeguard your system’s integrity.

We conduct Odorization Concentration Verification four times annually, and perform Critical and Key Valve Testing, Maintenance, and Servicing annually. Gas Pressure Relief Valve Testing and Settings are also carried out to maintain system safety and functionality.

Our comprehensive services encompass Vegetation, Leak Detection, Patrolling, and Continued Surveillance, along with Corrosion Detection of Liquid Underground Transfer Pipes to Storage Tanks. We also create Public Awareness Information twice annually to promote safety and awareness.

Additionally, we offer Atmospheric Corrosion Detection Services and provide an Annual Review of the Operations and Maintenance Manual and LP-Gas Operator Qualification Manual with necessary revisions to ensure ongoing compliance and effectiveness. Comprehensive Record-Keeping and Record Management are included to maintain accountability and regulatory requirements to ensure safety and uninterrupted gas service to our clients customers.
